Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We only ship USPS Priority Mail. If you need hair urgently please plan ahead accordingly. We do not ship Next Day.

We ship Monday - Friday
ONLY and (1-2) days after order is placed for processing. Once your order has shipped your order status will be updated to "shipped" within 1-2 business days after purchase with tracking information.

Anila Hair does not ship Next Day Mail. This is due to the USPS still shipping Next Day Mail as regular mail 2 days. We do not want to waste our customers money on shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

When you place an order it takes 2 business days for payments to clear in paypal even if they are "instant" sometimes issues arise with PayPal were monies are refunded in error. Most items take 2-3 business days to receive in the United States with USPS Priority Mail and 3-5 business days International.

Please also note that the shipping rates are fixed flat rates. We do not add additional costs into our shipping for profit. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

International Shipping
You may be charged import duties or taxes charged by the recipient's country and carrier related fees on your items. These additional charges are collected from the recipient at the time of delivery. Anila Hair CANNOT alter the cost of your purchase to aide in avoiding these taxes or to package the items as a gift. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery.Please keep this in mind.

***Currently we ship using USPS Priority Flat Rate and USPS International Flat Rate with tracking.

Chargeback Policy
Unfortunately, some customers use credit card chargebacks in a fraudulent manner, while some use in a legitimate manner instead of contacting us for a return. In cases of a return done through your credit card company v.s. Anila Hair we will provide proof of delivery to the credit card agency and win the chargeback.

**When a chargeback is filed instead of following our policies we will no longer assist you on the manner. We at Anila Hair aim to give the best customer service possible to our buyers so if a return is requested as long as the items are in the same condition it was received we try our best to make the return process easy.

Chargeback that are lost and that are determined to be legitimate transactions are turned over to a collection agency as an unpaid debt. In the event the balanc cannot be collected, the collection agency could submit the amount due to all (3) major credit bureaus, file a small claims lawsuit and file a police report in the customers state.

As a professional business we reserve the right to collect unpaid balances from fraudulent use stemming from a chargeback.

To protect myself as a business entity and you as a customer we will only ship to "confirmed Paypal addresses". Below are the steps to confirming your mailing address. Alot of people that steal identities, credit card fraud etc. use unconfirmed address.

How to confirm your mailing address.

**If your address is not confirmed we will contact you to confirm it in PayPal. If not we will have to cancel your order.**

Add a credit card to your PayPal account
By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. Not all credit card companies are able to confirm addresses. If the credit card company isn't able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process to activate your credit card. Expanded Use enrollment is an additional step in the process that raises your sending and withdrawing limits. Your address can be confirmed after that process is complete.

This process allows you to confirm your address by mail as long as you meet certain requirements.

Returns Policy - For Regular Non Clearance Items

For the clearance bin all sales are final. No returns. No Exceptions!

You may return new, "UNALTERED" (ex.washed, dyed or worn hair) items within 10 days of delivery(receipt) for a full refund. Anila Hair offers FULL refunds on the hair costs excluding (minus) shipping expenses. We use tracking numbers and we know when all of our hair is physically delivered to our customers.

I inspect the hair once received, if it is in unacceptable condition, it will be mailed back to you, hair that has been finger combed, brushed that does not match new packs of hair your return/exchange requests will be null and voided.

Please contact Anila Hair immediately 1-2 days upon receipt of the hair notifying us that you would like to return the hair for a refund and or an exchange.

***No restocking fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 days AFTER we receive the items back in it's original brand new condition. We at Anila Hair find no reason to hold your money as we only ask that you return all of the items you purchased in new condition I cannot stress this enough.

Once a refund is granted please allow several processing days for paypal to credit your account accordingly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item (non clearance), simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
